Yes, all of our student accommodation we market and manage comes furnished.

Our tenancies begin in August and end in July in line with the academic year but they are flexible within this range.

No, we do not take any security deposits. Once the contract is signed, the accommodation is yours.

All student properties with three or more beds are bills inclusive.

We have our own dedicated maintenance team and aim to repair any issues within 24 hours.

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm. We are now offer late night viewings evert Tuesday when our office is open until 8pm.
